Kheira Issaoui-Mansouri

Biography

Kheira Issaoui-Mansouri is a Program Officer at the Irving Harris Foundation where she advances the Foundation’s infant and early childhood mental health priorities. In her role she supports a network of infant and early childhood mental health grantees to identify areas of collaboration and advance common goals. Prior to joining the Foundation, Kheira served as a Director at Arabella Advisors, where she helped foundations of various sizes design, implement, and evaluate their grantmaking programs. She also held public affairs and research positions at the Quebec Government Office in Chicago and the Ford Center for Global Citizenship. Kheira is passionate about doing her work in a way that creates value for everyone involved, and puts the end-users of philanthropic dollars at the center of every decision.

I have attended and presented at the PhiLab conference and I enjoy learning about Canadian philanthropy through this partnership. As a Quebecoise who lives and works in the USA, PhiLab gives me a great platform to learn from researchers and practitioners alike.
