Biography
With collaborators Kristen Pue and Adam Saifer, Paloma is studying how Canadian Billionaires give and how this impacts the charitable sector in Canada. Paloma Raggo’s research is at the intersection of Nonprofit studies, Public Administration and Organizational studies. At Carleton, she teaches in the program of Philanthropy and Nonprofit Leadership courses on Governance, Leadership, Research Methods, and Capstone community projects. Her book project “ How Nonprofit Leaders Think about Accountability?” under contract with Cambridge University Press looks at the views and perceptions of over 150 leaders in the nonprofit sector to understand the conceptualization and operationalization of nonprofit accountability.
