Megan Conway

Biographie

Megan serves as an Executive in Residence at Capacity Canada as well as a Posdoctoral Fellow at Carleton University. She has worked for nearly twenty years in a variety of leadership roles in the nonprofit sector as well as within post-secondary institutions. Megan has served on a number of boards including the Sierra Club of Canada, Ottawa Riverkeeper and Social Venture Partners Waterloo Region. She lives in the Ottawa Valley with her partner and two children. She loves sparking creativity and innovation in organizations.
